This product is white to milky white crystalline powder, odorless. Soluble in 1000 parts of water, 3 parts of ether or 2000 parts of peanut oil.

Uses

China stipulates that the product can be used for edible fats, fried foods, biscuits, instant noodles, instant cooked rice, canned nuts, dried fish products and cured bacon products.It is used as a triplet state quencher and an antioxidant in fluorescence microscopy.
